On another note, my Sister and Mom were heading up to Keepsake Quilting in New Hampshire for the day on Sunday. I really mean for the day as it is over two hours from us. We shop, go out to lunch, then back to the store to shop some more! Well, I "tagged along" for the ride as I didn't need anything. Yah Right! Here is what came home with me:
They were having an open house and sale on fat quarters so I had to stock up on those. Then there was some items in the sale room that I'd better get; I'm also a sucker for charm packs, and thanks to Paulette at Sweet P, (a wool afficianado who does lovely work), I am now wanting to try a little wool project so I will start with this cute snowman kit. The yo-yo maker was a gift from the store for their open house. It's the shamrock shape so it can make three-dimentional flowers, so that will be fun too! See Santa in there? Couldn't resist him either :-)
I have some organizing to do in my sewing area and finish another little gift for my new niece who finally arrived last week. Gotta get crackin' and finish some other projects before I can play with this new loot.
Don't forget to check out the giveaway!
Until Next Time,
